WHO IS KARIM?

Karim Alammuri is a multidisciplinary marketer with proven experience executing campaign management, digital strategy, and content storytelling for some of the world’s most well-known brands and athletes.

Currently, Karim is the North America Social Brand Manager at Nike in their NYHQ office. In this role, Karim leads New York’s social and content strategy across sports dimensions with a sharp focus on basketball.

Karim also created New York’s Energy Moment playbook – a creative framwork aimed at furthering Nike’s position as an industry leader of Sport and Culture for NY-Z.

Karim also served as a core member of the 2022 Yardrunners team, Nike’s inaugural campaign celebrating HBCU culture and athletics.

Before Nike, Karim served as Strategy Lead for House of Highlights. In this role, he developed the Go-To-Market strategy that grew House of Highlights from an Instagram account into a flagship social property of Warner Media and one of the most resonant media brands in the sports industry.

Karim’s superpower is his deep understanding of content trends amongst Gen-Z and multicultural communities and his ability to create strategies that articulate and amplify these communities and their stories for consumer-facing entities.
